Payment Issues

Account Registration and Security

Account Termination

Prize Promotions
When you become a member or purchase a Guest Pass, you automatically qualify for free entry into our exclusive prize promotions. Each pass purchased grants you a specific number of entries, with the number depending on the type of pass. Members will also receive monthly bonus entries based on their membership level. Traveller, Adventurer, Voyager, and Globetrotter members receive complimentary entries for our monthly prize draws.
Vehicle Prize Promotions
Promotional prize vehicles may not necessarily be brand new but will be fully registered and roadworthy at the time of the prize award. The vehicle’s registration will be transferred to the winner upon delivery of the prize. In the event that the vehicle is deemed unroadworthy or involved in an accident during the promotional term, and a suitable replacement vehicle cannot be arranged in a timely manner, refunds will be issued to all participants for that promotion.
Vehicle Prize Promotions – Limitation of Liability
Ultimate Adventurer shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of the vehicle prize. Additionally, Ultimate Adventurer is not responsible for any failures or defects related to the vehicle prize. By participating in the promotion, the winner acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the use and condition of the prize vehicle.
Holiday Prize Promotions – Terms and Conditions
Winners of holiday giveaways are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary travel insurance, passports, visas, and any other relevant documentation required for travel, including international travel. Ultimate Adventurer assumes no liability for any travel-related issues, delays, or injuries incurred during the course of the trip.
It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure timely arrival for all scheduled departures, including flights, boats, road transport, or rail services. Ultimate Adventurer will not be liable for any costs or damages resulting from failure to adhere to boarding times, and no refunds will be provided in the event of missed departures.
Service Agreement
By accessing or using our site and services, or by purchasing any membership plans or Guest Passes, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, including any future amendments. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue your use of the Site and Services.
