Shipping & Returns Policy

At Ultimate Adventurer we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Shipping & Returns Policy for all the information you need regarding our delivery and returns processes.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

  • We offer reliable shipping services across Australia through Australia Post and trusted courier partners. 

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days, depending on location. Check the Australia Post delivery calculator here for estimated delivery times.

    • Ultimate Adventurer HQ is located in regional NSW and shipping times tend to be longer than that listed

    • Delays are expected during peak periods such as Christmas and public holidays

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently offer shipping within Australia only and do not ship internationally at this time.

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect address details.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items are eligible for return within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided they are in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags still attached.

  • Non-returnable items: Sale items, Used items

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@ultimateadventurer.au or through our website’s contact page. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the address to return your items.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for items in a different size (subject to availability). Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • If the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, we will arrange for a prepaid return label at no extra cost.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

  • In the event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a full refund or replacement, including the return shipping costs.
